Bizz has been making a lot of noise for changing the way people communicate online. But what makes Bizz that different from other messaging services?

We sat down with Eric Klein, CEO of Bizz, to find out.

As the new CEO of Bizz, what is your primary goal?
Eric: As an entrepreneur I am thrilled to be able to lead a project that is built from the ground up to support other entrepreneurs. So, from a philosophical side, I can’t wait to see businesses flourish thanks to the Bizz ecosystem. From a business perspective, my goal is to reach $1 billion in revenue and 100 global franchisees in the next five years.

What makes Bizz so special?
Eric: There are plenty of messenger services out there that work on a functional level, but Bizz goes beyond simple messaging and offers a private, secure platform for both businesses and personal use, making it the next generation of online messaging. As Bizz develops, users will be able to use the platform to create and monetize content, make money from advertisement revenue, and buy and sell merchandise thanks to our built-in digital ecosystem.

How long has Bizz been in development?
Eric: Bizz has been in development for three years now. We’ve just finished our Beta and are available on both Google Play and Apple’s App Store.

You mentioned 100 franchisees, what’s that about?
Eric: In order to reach our global goals, we understand that Bizz has to go local. Our platform depends on fostering communities and to do that effectively we must have partners that have a feel for the peculiarities of each market. Our new global franchise program, which will be released soon, is a framework designed to make sure that our partners in each territory are equipped for success. This is an amazing entrepreneurial opportunity for getting in on the ground floor of a revolutionary social media platform.

What is Bizz Premium?
Eric: Bizz Premium is our companion web app which is used to bring e-commerce technology to the Bizz platform. Here, users can leverage the power of our technology for real-world usage, like facilitating e-commerce transactions, paying for meals at restaurants, and more. Whether you’re looking for a date or trying to make a purchase at a coffee shop while traveling abroad, Bizz Premium can make your life easier.

What’s the roadmap for the future look like?
Eric: Good question! Bizz is constantly evolving as we test and implement more innovative features to make it easier for users to connect globally. In the next three months, we’ll be rolling out Bizz Premium, 4K live streaming, group video calls, and in-group streaming radio stations for all Bizz groups. These are just the short-term updates! We plan on releasing a number of exciting new updates down the road that will ensure Bizz stays fresh and innovative.

Why is Bizz better than the competition?
Eric: Most messaging services have the same standard features. Text messaging, two-way voice communication, and in some cases, video chat. It’s pretty standard stuff. Bizz also offers these features, as well as a variety of other perks that you won’t find in the top messaging services. For example, Bizz’s groups are uncapped and can be used as a great way to connect with others and promote your ecommerce businesses. Premium groups can be monetized, allowing the owners to generate ad revenue. What’s more, Bizz is a fully-inclusive platform that lets users create and market content, as well as manage digital marketplaces.
